 I slept twice today for the first time in a long time. Of course, I intentionally sleep twice on my days off. I woke up at 7 o'clock today, stopped her awakening three times, and then I remember waking up quite refreshingly, but when I noticed it was 8:25. She left home in almost five minutes. It was raining as expected, but it was a light rain so she should have been able to ignore it. On the way home, it was raining hard and her clothes got soaked.

6500 steps today. The pool is 2200m today. She swam 20 of 100 mixes. She has two hard easy and two down. She also trained for 7 minutes.
