I didn't fall asleep today, but I slept late because it was a holiday, so it took 6 hours and 40 minutes. There are no lectures so you don't have to worry about sleepiness.

From the morning I went to sprinkle herbicide with her father.

I cleaned the vacant room from noon.

I couldn't swim and I didn't take 8000 steps.

But I think it moved a lot, so it should be enough for the amount of exercise.

今天沒睡著，但是因為放假所以睡得很晚，所以花了6小時40分鐘。 沒有講座，所以你不必擔心困倦。

我從早上就去和父親一起灑除草劑。

我從中午開始打掃空房間。

我不會游泳，也沒有走 8000 步。

但是我覺得它動了很多，所以對於運動量來說應該足夠了。
